I really loved everything this story had to tell. From the past trauma and the unresolved hatred... like damn. The author did a great job at portraying it, you can tell they put a lot of thought behind the action and thoughts of each character. (▰˘◡˘▰)I always enjoy a story that uses secondary characters well and explores their stories too without disturbing the main characters plot.
I remember starting reading this a long time ago, when it first came out... curiously, I didn't like it. Lol, it's funny in a way since now I love it. I guess it's because I was in a bad headspace back then, and the dark themes got too deep into my head.
I finally had the guts and the mentality to read it completely and I enjoyed the story without letting it get to me. I found myself feeling quite the opposite of uncomfortable, in fact. Comfort manhwa? Perhaps...
