Tbh feel bad for jaehyuk because of the way garam reacted to the rings. He was already pissed off about the birthday, the rings was what pushed him over the edge. Because these two things are a symptom of the overall problem -- which is what Garam said in the previous chapter -- that he feels like all he does is receive from Jaehyuk. Jaehyuk may not admit it but it feels like an inbalanced relationship right now. Once Garam actually becomes more honest and commits openly, Jaehyuk would feel more secure and that would solve most of their problems.
