Hi! I would like to ask for help if what's the title of the manga where mc and ml went to look for the apartment and they found one but the landlord (couple-old lady and old man) said that on one condition that only couples allowed to rent that apartment, so they fake their relationship to access that apartment... 3. No cheating: no third party involved (just same with #1)
4. Ml is possessive/obsessed, or even not: The point is that the MC is really the only one he focuses on.
5. Has great art: Captivating
6. Comedy is plus point: Having comedy makes the story light and fun to read, of course
7. Omegaverse, Guideverse, Historical, Magical, etc. are all goods to me: Well, it has interesting plot
8. Either the ml is clingy or not, doesn't matter
9. Jealousy ml

Overall: No Angst, just pure romance
