First off, while the art is pretty and the way eyes and chibis are drawn is so elegant and slick, it's undeniable imo the MC looks like a child, especially in the first 60 chapters, which is very uncanny to me, esp when they get intimate and when he wishes to go to school or dressed in a school uniform like clothing.
I did however, really like how he visibly gained some weight and looked more mature at the end.
I also hated how he wouldn't call the ml by his name even when he's expecting and about to marry him.....
I had a hard time with a lot of scenes which I felt weren't addressed how they should have, I do understand there are limitations due to it being a fantasy fetish Korean webtoon but I feel like having him see a therapist isn't too much of a stretch...
Also, it's my second time reading, and I still haven't understood why was he left alone on the island:( poor baby（/TДT)/
Anyhow, I rate it 3.5/5, the effort to make them a normal couple is appreciated, but still not good enough for me （￣へ￣）

I cried for MC, I feel so terrible for him, it made me physically nauseous. And the doctor is the scum of the earth, a horrible human and he deserves to have his medical license REVOKED. NULL AND GONE.
Same for all of the doctors in the "conference" cuz tf was that.
I hate the managers, and while reading this all I could think was "Why is this trope so common?? Are all ppl in the entertainment industry SAd so much? Why isn't there any help there? Is it the same IRL?". So do with that what you will, I won't follow this manhwa despite the pretty artstyle, just cuz I don't think the author will have the guts to rid of all the rapists and have him end up with a nice lady like he deserves since they said it clearly that he is a straight man. And no, even if he did trauma bond with the doctor they should NOT end up together.
