I was reading some of the comments, and I kept wondering... if you don't like the fact that Haru is 25 and Ren is 16, having some kind of seksuel relationship, then why bother reading it? Please stop hating, it's a manga for god sake! xD It doesn't mean people support it in real life..

(In my opinion at least...)
They are telling the story of Ciel, the one we've seen all this time, and his twin brother, te one which is the real Ciel. It means that our protagonist is not Ciel, but the other one who's always sick. They are also explaining what happened before the eccident (When their parents died and they were kidnapped) and they are going to show us how they ended apart after our protagonist makes the deal with sebastian.
