I think I know what's going on in Jongwu's mind. Chaedeok said before he's going to pay the rent and find somewhere else to live, meaning he's not going to stay there permanently. And our little vampire did not like that so he ripped the paper after accidentally found it so that his Hyung can comfortably lives there, and then, after he's comfortable, Jongwu going back to his lovey-dovey old self and pouring out all the love he had held back for 2 years (￣∇￣")
