why are u guys so harsh on shin?? he got taken away from his parents at a young age to become a boy toy to an old creep. he prolly have tons of trauma from all the molestation he experience and the rape he has watched. shin 100% does not think he has any self worth, that is why he continuously uses himself as bait. he also does not think he matters more than the country, thus, willing to have wolfgang marry a queen and create an hier.

i totally agree. but the manga is based off a korean novel that is already finished. the mangaka is just dragging it out and i don't know why. when it comes to adaptations from one medium to another you naturally have to cut things out for pacing reasons but they seem to be really slow about it...
yeah i heard that the mangaka is changing things up quite a lot from the novel, and i don't think that's a real smart move. my blood pressure rises whenever i read this manhwa lol but the art is so damn nice so i'll keep reading ig
oh man srsly???? i didn't know the mangaka was changing things ughhhhh i think the original plot/ending was good (if a bit convoluted) and idk why or how they'll change it. it would make sense why things are being dragged out as they have. i like the art too but at this rate, i might just put this one on hold and come back later when there's more updates ;-;

Lol yeah same. I like his character but when he’s not here and Anthy is left to carry the whole thing on her own it’s not as interesting.
