I was reading the story again and in chapter 8 when he’s talking to the prosecutor before getting undressed, his thoughts shows him complaining about stomach pain, fatigue, feeling weird since he had sex with Heowoon (the gray haired guy)
So I think he was already pregnant when he “had” sex with the prosecutor

You guys also realized that Daiki is never naked? Every time they have sex he has his pants on!
I think someone regretted drawing him with a full tattoo leg someone is too lazy to draw his tattooed leg
And if I’m not mistaken, there’s a sex scene where the tattoo is gone hahahahaha
