The premise of an Omega being the top could have been interesting, but it was executed badly. The omega does not act like one in the slightest, and their dinamic is the same as a your average alpha x omega or alpha x alpha. I'm pretty sure you could switch their second genders and the story would've been the same. Kinda disappointing considering the story is kinda ass too.
Agreed. It feels like it was just a hook to get readers but the i feel like the secondary genders didnt really matter.
Honestly I liked the dynamic between the doctor and the brother and their characters too, so it's a shame the author added incest, and in such a graphic extent too. The main story is super cute tho.
