i've been trying to find others story's like mr. A, even going as far as trying to find something like this in fanfics (tumblr and the likes) but unfortunatly, nothing is as good as the real thing. I really feel like this story has everything i like ... which is just why its so impossible to find something as good. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ hope we get a new chapter soon explaining the lore tho
this story is so good. I remember stumbling upon it on a random night where I should've been passed out along with my other cousins at a random birthday party. I, a person very interested in mermaids since little and a soft spot for all-girl's school settings / female leads, was immediatly hooked to this book like a fish to a worm. I took the bait, and my god, was the warm delicious. This book has single-handedly change my aesthetic, the way i view my friends (while i was in high school, at least), changed my artstyle and for a short but important part of my life changed my artistic life. The story's premise is simple and quite goofy, but works so well. The characters are sometimes bland but putting them in such drastic situations make them interesting. The character designs are so nice to look at; every panel is beautiful. I've been obsessed with this manga and I've been reading it's sequels, as well as the author's different works, but even then, nothing quite captures the vibe of it.
While this manga may (probably) be just an excuse to draw high-school girls in swimsuits swimming through walls, it's original and so, so beautiful. I love it so much. Thank you for making my 14-16 self worst. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~

this is interesting in the sense that they erased queerness but its also very prominent?
