So tired of noncon > lovers. It's one of the most toxic tropes ever and just feels unrealistic. If you're going to do noncon/dubcon at least:
1) Make the characters interesting and more than just props that are there for sex scenes
*) Personal opinion, but the art is lacking and the seme in particular is rather ugly
2) Treat the noncon seriously. Cause>effect, introspection? Guilt? Suspense of disbelief is already running thin
This one is a dime-a-dozen from an oversaturated market of "in-universe normalization of SA". Yes, dubcon is a trope FANTASY, and stories with dubcon, mental health issues, infidelity can be good, but the execution is just lacking here. It's a combination of various shortcomings that make this work come across as sloppy, uninteresting and ultimately forgettable.
