Transport to omegaverse where mc is the only non-hybrid human/animal. She pairs up with a silver or grey wolf who brings her pelts to make clothes and eventually starts living with him in a cave. She has another relationship with a different wolf who's name I can't remember. A rival wolf pack attacks her pack and she hides in a cave with other females. Somehow the concept of magical gemstones is introduced and she goes on a journey to find them. She wakes up in a strange cave (having been transported within the same omegaverse) with a snake/human hybrid who she starts to fall in love with. This had a ton of chapters and updates so I know it was popular at one time but I can't find it for the life of me.Oh, and another detail is that she needs a special ointment to have segs wirh the wolves but it never showed any actual smut. The segs was implied.

It's one I read a couple years ago about a girl who is somehow transported to a different world. She shows up naked in a strange forest and is immediately found by a wolf man called Silver Wolf or some such thing. He provides her with pelts to make clothing and food. She eventually moves into a cave with him while also being pursued by another wolf man who's name I can't remember. She goes looking for some crystal trinket and accidentally gets transported to a distant location away from the mountain (but in the same world) and wakes up in a strange cave during a snowstorm. There is a red eyed snake man stuck in the cave with her, helping her recover from wounds she apparently sustained, or maybe she helps him. She's afraid of him at first but eventually the snake guy falls in love with her. She somehow makes her way back to the mountain and silver wolf. There's a whole wolf war with another pack going on and all the females and young wolves hide during an ambush. The old man/wolf healer she trusts dies during that time. Also, I seem to remember she needs some kind of medical ointment to have sex. I'm embarrassed even writing this but I never finished reading it cuz the whole story became a bit much. It just kept getting weirder and weirder. Let me know if anyone remembers.
