I'm so used in reading smut mangas and most of the time, they only focused on the smut part, disregarding
the plot but I picked those who I think is
descent and nice, not hentai.
If we think differently, again, this is my opinion only.
so this girl transmigrates as a princess born from a servant serving a joseon era king. she had three brothers (the middle one was evil) but the older one dies by a tiger attack and they tried to poison the younger one as well but the MC saves him and eats the poisoned persimmons instead. she survived but now her growth is stunted and she still looks like a child even though she has grown, and the other female MC of the story who's a doctor (or quack?) will make a medicine to save her and that girl is also the love interest of the youngest prince (is now the crown prince). the MC wears blue korean traditional dress and wears a pigtail.
