since omegaverse is a made-up thing in mangas, everything depends on the author. not every omegaverse has the same rules but the basics are usually similar enough. but usually, yes an alpha should be able to impregnate an omega regardless of gender

Why do I keep having notification when therés no update? The last chapter I read was 93, I received a notification for new chapter, and the chapter 93 disappear. This is the 2nd time I received a notification without new chapter
