I also went through that before and I can really relate to it and my advice is for you to cry it out you'll feel a lot better at least that's how I feel I hope you're doing well and have people to talk to about your feelings :) reply
I have a friend no a best friend that's going through depression and insecurities I want to help them the best way I can...They opened up about their depression to me I wish I could help them but I don't know how to...this person has enough trust in me to talk about this stuff and I don't want to disappoint them does anyone have a advice on how to help them ?
