Honestly after reading through multiple comments I feel we will know in next chapter. Some of the things which others said made sense sometimes but at the same time it felt everyone is assuming a lot. So I will wait for the next chapter.
I wrote a longer response but don't know how it got shortened to "he isn't" lol....i actually said he isn't hallucinating, Nanjo was wearing a shirt because he literally hsd time to go back home after taking Mockyeol or whatever his name to the hospital and came back the day after when he called him wearing the shirt this time...you are mixing what is happening now with the flashbacks from the day before when the accident happened and where Nanjo was wearing the tank top...just reread slowly and you will understand
