I used to think Chase is very abrasive, after reading the novel i realised he clearly wasn't abrasive enough, with the shitshow of a life he had going on for himself, repeated kidnapping, almost gang raped, murdered, my man was the Haymitch of KMIYC, Haymitch clearly hadn't drunk enough and Chase wasn't bitchy enough.
