I think you need to read the story more closely. Igarashi did not call Subaru and he would not have done so. It was the scumbag senpai who sent her a text using Igarashi's phone while Igarashi was tending to Kitamoto in the restroom. Igarashi even said later that he couldn't tell Subaru that it wasn't him who sent the text. Igarashi cheated? Never happened. If anything, Subaru took advantage of the situation (with the help of his so-called friends) while Igarashi was totally wasted and incapacitated. He was so drunk that he would not have been able to perform any sort of sexual activity even if he was concious, which he wasn't. If anything, I would call what happened entrapment by an older woman who wants to break up a relationship so she can have the man all to herself.
