Old members of Jaeyoungs (OG Happy) group were talking on the phone and one of them switched the call over to the ex-group member (Jun) that drugged Jaeyoung in the past. The woman (confirmed now) to be Seungmin's sister was on the phone talking to Seungmin about getting a testimony from Jaeyoung of what happened to him and their dad being the person who potentially brought the drug into Korea.
