Honestly, the ending doesn’t feel rushed to me. Sure, some chapters felt a bit too short and fast, or didn’t fully develop the plot, but I don’t think it means M!ngwa cares nothing for the story. It’s just that her actual plans didn't align with your theories and expectations. It’s totally valid for some readers to feel unsatisfied with the ending. However, I think a lot of people over-theorized what would happen or how JK and KD should behave, and that is what's making the story feel lacking to you.
I don’t want to judge the whole story or M!ngwa’s plans just yet. I want to wait for the actual ending and side stories first. Here’s hoping any loose ends get tied up! Honestly, I’m just so excited to finally see JK and KD in a relationship and being domestic. I want more of my parents!!!!!!!!

What I understood from what JK’s inner thoughts is that he’s gonna focus with the game (since that’s why his goal is AND I THINK more than anything or anyone, he wants to reclaim his title). He already said it himself that both are important to him, but he won’t let his feelings cloud his mind. I’m seeing that he’s gonna focus with the game first then deal with his feelings with Dan later on.
PS. I’m not sure what Mingwa is planning but I believe they won’t go with the Dan-napping route. Idk it’s just too cliche if they add that to the story. I think she is planning something else and I’m here looking forward to whatever they put on my plate
