Had to tap out after ch 57 because there's such a ridiculously simple solution to their current situation that it's impossible to believe three genius tacticians simply don't see it. I was already barely hanging on because the pacing is sporadic, the characters overly simple, and the historical consistency sorely lacking.

No? He should send her away in secret with two guards to live in a cabin in the woods somewhere until the political drama is over. That would remove her from harm's way. Keeping her close to two powerful figures who want to torment her is just stupid.
