ok so everybody knows that what dane does to grayson is very clearly rape. the novel states it, dane states it (and apologises for it!!! omg a rare for bl) but, correct me if im wrong, from my understanding didn’t dane not even realise until after?
he was under the influence of his heat and to satisfy that he had to find the closest alpha, so happened to be grayson, and in the novel wasn’t he not even in the right mind himself? pls correct me if im wrong, maybe i read it wrong.
ofc im against any forms of sa that goes w/o saying but i feel like for dane’s case, he wasn’t even technically making a conscious decision no? pls lmk!!!!

While Dane is clearly under influence of his heat, him using his pheromone to induce Grayson into heat when Grayson resists shows that Dane still had some awareness and should be responsible for his action. This is the same as an alpha using pheromone to trigger an omega into heat, the situation might not be entirely his fault but this specific act is entirely on him and should not be swept under the rug. Dane also realizes that which make him apologize to Grayson after.

after the last chapter, despite all the hate u got, i still had faith. i thought u would see how clearly yujin was upset, weak, sensitive, and you’d look through his mask and just stop in the moment. like i genuinely had faith that u wouldn’t rape yujin and there u went and fucking did it anyway. ik i shouldn’t be surprised because of how much yaoi loooovesssss to sexually abuse and use rape as a plotpoint (literally NOT romantic at ALL, but i guess turn brain off rip..) but i seriously believed in u!!! aarron mfing hunter ugh!!!!!!
let me tell u what i really really thought & wanted to happen. like aaron doesn’t do anything: no penetration no extra from the last chapter, he leans down to try and kiss yujin but yujin turns away. with this pained look or whatever. and aaron sees this. he’s upset, but he’s also like r u serious. and then he’s like ugh whatever i’m not doing it if ur gonna look at me like that and then he leaves yujin alone BAM…!!!!! ok he’s already kidnapped yujin so i guess for the plot ummmm maybe leave him locked for a bit longer… but i’d much rather prefer aaron to be like btw the key is on the table and then ye :) gg fking ez
