why is everyone hating? i like that the story actually has a plot instead of just endless fluff. must just be me but jeez
It's because it was already completed, the author probably is just milking this story, could've make another one but no, they just gotta add drama which is very unnecessary, plus it's better to have fluff rather than wtv is happening rn, it low-key just ruined the story

Oh please, the hate is warranted. The story was finished. It’s not just because people want endless fluff. Author could’ve made another story, and left this one alone. And what plot? It doesn’t make sense how one person just drops off the face of the earth, only to resurface later with more baggage? And where are the parents? Why is the senile old man left to do whatever he wants? It’s just the same problem being dragged through the next chapters.
Its not the angst thats the problem. Its that the author could have done this exact plot with another set of characters than ruining already established characters OR weaving this into the story before it had come to the conclusion. Its dragging
