Taehan and Doyun are goals hehe. Enemies to lovers!! My fave trope. And then seme can be a crybaby as well lol so adorable indeed!! PUH leaze the second couple on the side story is so unnecessary. This is my second read now and I totally just skipped anything about that doc and brother. Totally ruined this manhwa with all that incest shit and horrible personality of that doctor. So just skip and ignore that side as well and you're in for a treat (Taehan and Doyun only) !!!!
