All my life of reading BLs, I've never seen ML's confession to be that poetic and hit in the feels. It's like the hardest lines ever (I read both versions, occult and desire), personally I like occult more, but both ate. Let me put it side by side
Occult : Tearim, I can treasure you more than you even know... but you need to also cherish yourself.
Desire : Tae-rim-ah, I can cherish you more than you do... but I cannot cherish you in your stead.
It's so bittersweet ಥ_ಥ
I don't really hate the story or anything, because I just found this story through the featured manga. I haven't read it, but when I saw the characters I kinda reminded by the story "Who Made Me A Princess". And like I said, no hate or comparing, but isn't it like the reverse of "Who Made Me A Princess"? Like the mc is the brunette one instead of blonde, she is with the lighter hair guy and not the dark hair guy, etc.
Again, no hate or comparing, but I just find it funny because of the opposites of it, it's like both stories are alternate universe.
Why didn't anybody tell me about this gems? I don't usually read manhwas, but the way I got hooked from the start and how the mc is not a naive and actually know how to act is just too good. It's really refreshing too, consider there's real plot and not too much smut. I can't even remember the last time I'm this excited from reading manhwas.
I can't wait to see more in season 2 (☆▽☆)
