The correct spelling is ephebophile, but either way its still a title for an adult being attracted to a certain age of minors. Sorry for using 'pedophile', i know it waters down the word when its used in the wrong context. But you could also correct the original commenter considering deku was 14 and the term for attraction to 11-14 year olds is hebephile... Basically what im trying to say is that a new word doesnt change the weirdness of the actual thing.

Overall I agree with you and yes the og also used it wrong and I should have mentioned it. I think at this point it is just a bit annoying to see the word thrown around so easily and lose its meaning when we talk about wrong/ illegal dynamics. All three are bad, no question there.
