welp actually in the novel they're really blood related, but because incest is illegal in korea (i think it's illegal if it's manhwa) they changed the story.
Am I the only person who finds it disturbing, I mean- they just look so young (ik this is typical smut art style), but their appearance just makes me uncomfortable almost. But it turned out to be a decent read, I like the depth and how it progressed!
