There was this manga my sister and I read like 15years ago. Randomly remembered it and now can't find it. Don't remember the name.
It was a story about a high school that appears normal, but at night select students go into like a weird dream world that they try to survive. The MC struggles with that he is a boy on top and girl below. He wants to be and has always lived like a boy. But in the dream world he comes a full boy and there is a girl that looks just like him and causes problems.
I can't remember everything that happens, but it turns out this world is where you are before you are born or something like that and have decisions to make about your birth. The MC is a twin. The other twin is not going to make it, so the MC has to choose if they want to be born a girl or a boy.
I remember the MC's love interest is a boy that some weird thing going on with his older sister or something.....And a knight.... It was weird and I wanna give it another read
