At the very least he suffers a lot first. A whole segment of the story where he's texting Dane long messages of love and Dane just leaves him on read.

Ofcourse we are gonna protect Grayson. But atleast we didn't give him a free pass like someone else uk aheemm. We fully acknowledge and hold him responsible for wht hi did but this is also tru that throughout the journey we came to understand the reasons behind it. We would never say that wht ge sid was good and should be justified. Also how Grayson mind works has been shown throughout the novel till the end so its not something to ignore. And the situations that led to those things matter a lot as every incidents have been shown repeatedly over n over again from different perspectives. We saw the development, we saw the acceptance, we saw the accountability which was clearly missing on the other side whom we don't even consider an enemy. We love them both but the character here felt more like one to be protected.

It’s so weird cuz if one were to only read this and not kmiyc, kml, you wouldn’t really see Grayson as a horrible human being. Here, it’s almost like he’s innocent and misunderstood (omegas took advantage of him first, hit him on the head with a fire extinguisher, and he’s more focused on finding his mate vs being a player forever) so it’s like he’s a different person here lol. I have only read the novel for kiss me if u can so I’m kinda curious how it’s gonna play out

Green flag? Ok I think some of u need to drop this green flag red flag labels because Grayson is more than that and that's what makes him interesting... He may be misunderstood but he still did those stuffs even if he truly meant no malice

If I'm not missing any point, then all the MLs of if you cn series (except Domnic and a bit of Nathaniel) are very much Green for theri partners but you can't say that any of them are Green as a person. It's just that after reading all the novels I came to like Grayson a lot considering amd comparing all of the ML's situation and all of their psychological condition, parenting effects, them with their partners and them with others beside their partners.

Grayson amd Nathaniel as a character are very intresting to read. They keep u on hook, they made u look forward to their action. It was nice to Nathaniel fall in love actually.

Chase I consider is violent but kind of dumb and cute (I still remember when he was asking josh to increase his height or switch faces lol). But his character didn't goes through any much development and was kind of plain in comparison with others.

And of course, this is my ranking. Other ppl may love chase or Nathaniel more and that's completely fine, everyone has their own choices and tastes.

Yes and that's what makes them all interesting and lovable, I just had enough with this green red flag labels cos it seems like "some" people can't see or handle complex characters and could only see black and white, I'm really bad at explanations idk if u get what I mean, this is mostly in bl fandom in general :v

Agree on that Chase part, that's coming from me who's fav is Chase amongst them. Imagine being the first miller to have a novel (not first miller to get written coz ik that's Grayson) but still lacks more development, he still needs a side story when he finally grown as a person, but he's always got that "middle child treatment" lmao now we can see why some Chase fans are going crazy, the content drought is getting to them lol

Exactly, I'm also fed of this flag fights. Both the sides needs to have some understanding. And I think novel readers should stop explaining Grayson part unless someone is interested in knowing. If they are reading it they will eventually get to know it. I mean who started liking Grayson from the very beginning having prior knowledge of wht he did. We eventually as the story progresses started liking him (or some still may not). We should just give time.

Real, same here. This is going no where. People will understand with time as we all did. It may still be hard for someone if they stan Chase that will surely gonna have an effect on their reasoning but i don't think they will still hate Grayson as much as they do now.

Yup, the process of loving him is the best part, I'm sure none love him from his first appearances the way he's loved now, maybe curious about him as to why he have that mentality... Let those who are willing to understand him slowly fall for him like we did

I'm sure some Chase fans will understand him, I usually dwell on chase side spaces and there are many who likes Grayson, at least those who read the novel, I won't defend and just ignore those who refuse to read and understand Grayson and only keep spouting nonsense and misinfo and hating with no context u can't really convince everyone sadly

Right, it is impossible to like him from the beginning cs of his actions. KMYIC did explain Grayson condition a bit but here they will fully experience it. I can understand novel readers are tryin to protect Grayson because it does feel bad whn someone say so bad abt him like he should just die, or he shouldn't have a happy ending, he shouldn't have given his own story specially when we knw the whole lore.
But novel readers are mistaking here and are expecting everyone to accept Grayson just this instance which is quite impossible. Let Grayson do that work. We should be here to explain things who are asking ig.
