I'm so happy people seem to like Katya :') she's such a well written character...please don't hate her too much for what she's going to do in the future and try to understand her a bit, she's a woman fighting for her independence and freedom in a man dominated world. I promise she has valid reasons and motivations from her pov.

She plans an assassination attempt on Ian, using Michele as collateral. It's not successful tho. And I know this will make her sound evil but believe me she has her reasons, Ian is (indirectly) responsible for her parents' deaths, took her position as a heir, made her see things she shouldn't have seen as a child and mentally tortured and gaslighted her by saying she's crazy and delusional when she isn't.

Exactly!!! Although people can have varying opinions on her but still, she is just as troubled as Ian and literally everyone else. I kinda understand her resentment towards Ian too because literally imagine a random guy that somewhat resembles your dad, immediately get to be the heir of your family even though YOU should be the one to have the position because you are preparing for it your whole life, I'd be mad too ngl. And for that random guy to kill both your parents too, although ofc she doesn't know the fact her parents are just as rotten and only get to realize it late in the story, which makes her more pitiful because of how rotten her family really is. But yeahh, she's really awesome and I hope more people understand and love her

im hoping for smth like,
ml hates mc but mc is just sooo pure so he takes the blow instead and got hurt, almost died or smth and then the ml finally warms up. ig that didnt happen right?
The novel isn't that happy but there are some good moments and I think the ending Ian and Michele get is as happy as it can get all things considered.
They kinda both get hurt in the attempt and the instinct to save one another is what makes their feelings obvious, I'll just say that without spoiling further because imo that's the best part of the novel.
I'm wondering what's the sunbae's deal like at first I thought he was just toying with Hoyeon by playing into his one sided feelings, but never committing to them until the sa attempt, then in this chapter we saw that he even kissed Hoyeon first. So he is more of an ex than a former crush. Like wtf, if he really wanted Hoyeon he could have had him in the past, but thankfully it didn't work out so our angel Taebum could catch Hoyeon's heart. Still, if Taebum saw them together back then why didn't he seem too bothered when they met again? I hope he didn't see the kiss at least, I don't want him to be hurt.

Mokyeon is going to have another mental breakdown when he finds out Nanjo liked him from s1 but didn't take him seriously because Mok kept saying he'd get bored soon and was generally untrustworthy.
People thinking their dynamic will go back to how it was before but jsyk there's official art from DanRim of Nanjo keeping Mokyeon down on a leash (and both are wearing handcuffs) lol
Someone depressed isn't supposed to be at their best looks wise, it would be weird if Mok looked as beautiful as before (and he still does mind you) while he is starving himself and not taking care of himself, not working out etc. I guess the author was guilty of wanting to portray the effects of mental illness realistically because readers only care about getting off.
