I like to have a playlist with some of me and my partner’s favorite songs that fit the mood (i dont really go for “sexy” music just chill and ambient). it helps me quiet my head noise because my mind can tend to wander during the act if it becomes to repetitive.
I really like how the author is displaying how complex interpersonal conflicts can be. Both parties made mistakes along the way but they’re young and it’s normal to not have a completely mature and objective mindset at the age the characters are at in highschool. That being said, Song Rik is crazy for only thinking that they can connect by being in the same situation. Empathy is about being able to put yourself in others shoes but not this literally.
