Okay so, I reread. Looks like she was already sent to exile. This recent chapter (35.5) just showed us what the conversation between her and the king was. In the previous chapters, we only see that the king has come to visit but not the whole conversation.
I'm reading the officials so I'm a few chapters behind the regular updates. However, I can't remember everything about "Master Gayak". I remember something about a dead bird and her reaction interesting him, but I can't remember the rest. Can anyone tell me what chapters he appeared in so I can reread them? Thanks
Gayak is the person MC's encounter when coming to the school she attends with her cousin. The exact moment that happened is, MC saw her twin cousins poking a bird nest. Then she saves them trouble by making her cousins go away using a teacher/guard. This Gayak guy happened to witness all her doing.
It happened so early in the story i think around chapter 20-30 or even earlier than that.
I'm at chapter 75 and this whole time I have liked the story and characters. I just didn't really feel my heart flutter for any of them. Like, they are beautiful and hot but nothing heart moving. HOWEVER, omg that prince guy who owns the ferry or whatever I love him. I just LOVE confident playful characters Idk if he's a good person as of rn but I got butterflies Yes, give me more of him please

I read it again. He starts showing symptoms in chapter 90. He says it's because he was out late teaching Lyrica but I suspect there might be something else at play too. After all, he's never gotten sick before

At first, I though he (Inso) was acting like this because of the owner guy (forgot his name) targeting them and the mom. I assumed he had PTSD or paranoia. Now I don't know. It looks more like he has no sense of self. He doesn't know what he kind of life he wants, just that he wants to spend it with his bf. I think the natural reaction to wanting to spend your life with someone is to start building the life you want with them (financially, world-wide, etc)

He received a bullet graze. It’s when the bullet passes close to the body and inflicts a superficial injury without penetrating the body. He shirt was bloody from that wound.
I love this. So much character complexity. Honestly, I love that they are reacting like normal people at normal passes. I hate it when everything is unrealistically fast just to make inpatient readers happy.
I don't mind the story taking time to progress and every two steps forward leading to one step back. It feels realistic for two insecure people in their first "relationship". Having them suddenly be better at communicating or realizing they are being idiots would be unnatural. They don't trust each other or themselves. It honestly just reminds me of how people irl spend a year or more in a "situationship".
