okay so recently ive stopped eating meals for example, ive stopped eating lunch and breakfast and sometimes dinner and recently found out im malnourished but i cant bring myself to eat and i mainly drinking water when i get hungry. and i dont think theres anything wrong with me i just dont want to eat

Well, everyone does and eat whatever you want, but you need nutrients to live, to get to work your basic metabolism and you’re brain so if you don’t give enough, or any, the body will take it from your muscles, organs, tissues, until you can’t mostly work properly. Sometimes people have permanent scars from this, like they can’t eat much for the rest of their life, or can’t walk or do basic things properly, etc. I’m not an expert, so maybe it’s better to here the specific from someone else, but once I saw this woman who ate normally but worked out like 20 hours a day or so, she was really malnourished and even if she actually ate, it wasn’t enough and was risking to die because she burnt more than what she introduced. I don’t know your body type, but fasting is dangerous even when done with a body that has much to consume, I usually saw always an expert supervising and some machinery to control pressure and things like that
