For an extreme piece of media i think it's actually good, so personally id reccomended it - but obviously id reccomend it to a mature audience who prefer this level of depth and would not reccomend to casual readers. Everything has an audience and just because it doesn't suit your media preference doesn't mean its bad (no, i don't like the romanticising of this short story)
