I was reading this manga and I accidentally deleted the tab it was on! Basically there was this university student that moved in and he lived next to a neighbor that he called “old man” (even though he was thirty) and the neighbor called him “techno.” They met after the neighbor chopped off a branch from a tree in his garden that was growing in the student’s window. The neighbor was gay and said he wouldn’t get into a relationship with a younger straight guy but he ended up getting into one with the university student anyway. The cover was relatively colorful and the student was very stoic while the neighbor was happy and outgoing. He also hates the rain because of something with his pst lover. This is all I can remember, sorry!
