Wait so they both have child with other person? This is omegaverse, right? So who is pregnant is that their ex? Or MC got pregnant because he's omega or what? Then ML impregnate his ex? Is this right?

For me MC is the top and ml the bottom:
Mc the alpha is the uncle, his sister (?) died protecting the baby
Ml is beta so ex-wife gave birth. Ml first time bottom it's with the ml. His trait may change to omega cause he can sniff alpha pheromones but just me guessing
