I don't believe lozzo is intentionally cheating on hound. I have this theory that lozzo's dad, redath, actually made hound and lozzo, and they might have a mutual attraction. My thought is that both lozo and hound could be some kind of mutants destined to be drawn to each other (and their lookalikes, like shiro, a mutant resembling hound who was attracted to lozo). Lozzo seems to get flustered around mutants like shiro, and nicky (who's also a mutant like hound) was so attracted to nicky that he lost control. Plus, there's that other blond guy who's nicky's partner; he's part of nicky's story too. If you notice, when his mask is off, the blond guy kinda looks like lozzo, and nicky seems to be into him, even having sex with him.

Even from the first chapter, you could tell the seme was being manipulative toward the original uke guy. The way he acted?? sexually assaulting ghost guy thinking hes the original uke and the messages he sent felt toxic to the original uke ... seems like heve been doing it for a long time for him to be so normal about it. I’m probably gonna drop this series because my final takeaway is that I dislike the seme, feel pretty indifferent toward the ghost guy, and honestly pity the orignal uke dude the most. tbh, I’m way more curious about the orignal uke than anything else.
