some people are acting like hes a mystery when its clear to me he was just a spoiled brat who never got told “no” which is why he kept acting the way he did into adulthood, what happens to him in the side story is a result of his own actions boomeranging back to him and destroying his relationships. i did sympathize with him becoming a victim to the people he chose to keep in his life but i do think he needs way more change on his own and he cant just rely on siwoo to fix him which is what i feel like a lot of people are hoping for. all in all i liked the main couple and how the side story went.
I see your point, but I don’t fully agree. Do Hyeok isn’t just some spoiled brat—his issues run a lot deeper than that, and the manhwa shows how his environment and relationships shaped him. Yes, his actions had consequences, but reducing it all to “boomerang” feels too harsh. I think he deserves more understanding, and while he definitely needs to grow on his own, Siwoo’s presence is part of what helps him change, not just a crutch.

also really liked how siwoo kept his compassion knowing what happened from both sides
