Guys don't fret too much over the Tragedy tag. Afterall, no one knows where this story is going yet (except Zariya-sama ofc). It's most likely here because Marlene's (forgot his real name) parents died. And probably because of the deaths of those werewolves. And when there is a death in a manga, it will mistakenly be tagged tragedy even when it's not sad or doesn't have a sad ending. Bokura no Negai was tagged a tragedy even though it is a moderately positive series, but was tagged such because in the first chapter the MC's parents died.
