ive read ash and koi's story first in the whole if you can series and what ash did to grayson (locking him up in a room) is the same thing ash's dad did to him iirc sighhhhh ash and koi were so lovable in their high school years it sucks to see how shitty they are as parents (i presume it's mostly ash who does the disciplining and koi just let's him be?)
