Same !! I have this issue on so many different stories too !! I can only roughly follow what happens in a chapter, I thought only my phone was broken !!

Call me lazy, but i don't check 50 sites each day to follow the series i read and discover new one.
I get the anger... but honestly? It's better that having half chapters. Some places upload half chapters with mtl and the "read full chapter on xxsite" all over it... even tho those are aggregators too... so the kind person who's uploading a full chapter with decent quality started to put this placeholders so both them and us have a easier time.
