The Brother Heejae from Ark is actually our Heejae? I had this thought since I first know about Brother Heejae's existence. I mean, if OG Dad was planning for them to travel to the past in the first place, then time travel is something that can be controlled somewhat?

I think the brother is a different person.
MC's name is Irok also, however he went by Heejae so his actual brother Heejae could identify MC later. Unfortunately MC never saw his older brother again in the first timeliness.
This current timeline, younger MC is going by his actual name Irok because Irok thinks MC is his actual brother Heejae.
Hmmm. Wasn't it that the 2 brother switched names? I think there was a chapter where it said it was their little "secret" that they switched up their name when someone asked for their name and that's why in original timeline he stayed Heejae cos he never met his brother to switch it back, but in new timeline his younger self gone back to his original name Irok because they met? That's why MC never tought to change his name back to Irok. If the machine/the thing that sends them back cannot alter their age then my theory is out the window, but I will hold onto it for now cos it is possible. We only saw the brother's face maybe once? While they were young. It's possible they were different at the beggining but then switched out to adult heejae and that's why after a while the older brother wasn't taking his mask off for Irok. It's just sus to me how little we can confirm about the brother, and my senses are telling me a twist is coming our way. (There were manhwas with similar plotlines with a person regressing back multiple times till they managed to alter the future and save their loved ones, not caring for what happens to them and their timeline in the process
