Ik nobody cares but let me just give my thought rundown of that last chapter:
1) holy shit grandma made it this far (tbf Dan would’ve ended himself at any other point he had to have JK solidified)
2) WHY TF WE ACTING LIKE JK THE HERO AND THIS STORY GIRL WERE WE NOT FOCUSED ON KIM DANS POV FOR THE MAJORITY OF THIS OR AM I INSANE
3) when I saw the funeral I joked they got married and then I saw the rings and I was like holy fuxking shit you’ve got to be kidding me in TWO MONTHS?!?! TWO MONTHS WE RECONCILED
4) “we make up for each others shortcomings” no the fuck you do not the scale is unbalanced
5) we literally have no idea if they actually grew or if they’re just like well we’re all we have luv ya !
6) still devastated by grandma even though I’ve been seeing it from miles away that actually shattered my fucking heart that could’ve been chapter a alone it felt like they were like oh yeah grandma! Guess we should let her go before the series ends.
I think that’s all but I felt like I was having a stroke like that was truly the cast saying ahaha it was fun it did not feel related to the story like at all.
Preach, we could’ve had like another season for them to actually marinate like what?? Another season would’ve fit the ending better even tho its still so ehh, subpar

Alright everyone the ending we all expected except really, REALLY lackluster. Like cool he cried but I personally would’ve like to see them build back up their relationship instead of just “woe is me I shan’t live with out you” and “I can stay? ” like Kim Dan could’ve settled into a different life and JK could’ve idk visited him and then they could’ve had a deep heart to heart! You’re telling me they both only realized they’re feelings for realsies when he got stabbed which happened merely chapters ago (which like fair life or death situation but both of them were plotting before why can’t we mention that?!?!)
This is exactly what I was advocating but I guess they wanted to wrap up this project soon, so they decided to copy sadistic beauty side chapter 1 ending
The only good thing about this a-hole is that masa and oto bond somehow getting even stronger and we get to see masa angry but holy fucking shit someone get rid of this guy like he’s straight up stalking and being a creep!!
