Ramen's Things

Yeah, I do get that cause I literally overthink everything...T-T. I'm aware that i eventually have to face the reality no matter how bad or how good the day went. I've been super down and depressed recently, my body hurts, my chest feels weird, my hand shaking, Idk why but I'm so scared all the time now... it's kinda hard to explain it..
