(Someone below said they can’t get a baby (Idk if they know of an extra or something that we don’t) but if it’s bc they aren’t alpha and omega- it’s still possible for betas to get omegas pregnant. I know of some stories that say that only alphas can impregnate omegas but this author is definitely hinting that in this story, they can get pregnant.) ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

It depends. If the mangaka wants it then everybody can get pregnant. I do mean everybody, no exception.
As far as I know, those kind of books are usually for demonic purposes. Shimoga is more sensitive/sixth sense so he could feel the 'weight' of it and can't helped to be afraid.
Naiya is most likely a demon, even stronger than the snakes. His name is blotted because it's a name that a human can't pronounce.
Hahaha though I'm just guessing from demonic cult horror stories for references.
I would’ve liked if Satou remained chubby bc we don’t have tropes like that often however, in this case, Satou’s weight gain was a result of past trauma in which he used food as a coping mechanism but more than anything, he *wants* to lose his weight to move on from past trauma and find better coping mechanisms- in that sense, I support him and I wish him well(づ￣ ³￣)づ. Mimasaka found Satou beautiful when he was chubby and he’ll find him equally as beautiful when he’s thin bc Mimasaka doesn’t really gaf and just likes Satou bc it’s Satou. Katou’s story hasn’t updated in a while but I’m happy Mimasaka gets his happy ending too ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
