This is my 3rd reread.. yup, still hits! The ending is painfully realistic, I still get upset that they don’t get to be as free to do everything other couples do. I wish society could see love as love regardless of gender and I wish loving the same sex wouldn’t be considered as something forbidden. something as beautiful as loving someone shouldn’t be hidden or shunned
It’s been years since this ended but it’d be nice to see more of them, I’ll hold on hope for a possible sequel
