there's an option where you can return to the main page of the manhwa you're reading, and the chapter you recently read will be saved. just scroll down so you can comment, just make sure to add the chapter you're talking about on the title to avoid confusion
nah, unfortunately you cant write comments for specific chapters— basically the only comment section is on the main page so youd have to add the chapter youre talking about in the comment title section
