Idk if it's the translation, but it made it seem like Izumi doesn't tell him about the atavism. He almost makes it seem like he was an Alpha all along, which isn't even true. So, is the implication that Hana knows he transitioned from Beta to Alpha? And that's why he doesn't act confused or betrayed? Idk maybe I expected the reveal to be more dramatic.
