I can understand the frustration of the beginning, I stopped and started this story about ten times ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
However! Once I was able to finally give it a chance, I realized something. As the story progressed I noticed I became more and more invested in these characters.
I know it’s just fiction, and it’s not that deep, but this has been one of the only pieces of media that has come so close to what I’ve experienced in my life.
Once Shinhae was introduced and we met him, I became even more invested. He almost immediately embodied who I am and what I’ve gone through. A character with imperfections, ugliness, and shame, but through it all still took a chance on a very small hope.
I wish I could see his happy end with someone, but it may never come. However, I was left very satisfied with the end overall.(⌒▽⌒)
I got kinda bored from the first couple and almost didn’t finish it, but the second couples story was the perfect missing piece to keep me engaged
