the main characters were: one guy with black overgrown bangs, a brown haired guy. the setting was a highschool known for the bare bottom last chance kids. think the beginning was when there was a bullied kid and would get tortured a lot by the same bullies. think he said something on a radio? guy in the same highschool notices, he makes friend with the bullied kid. they become friends brown haired guy lives by himself he plans to torture the bald bully in the basement while black haired guy doesnt know or maybe he does but he doesnt mind and brown haired guy kept saying stuff like "im the only one for you"
